Small businesses be ware of outragous contracts

I wonder how many small businesses have gotten taken by long term contracts, such as Cintas uniforms rentals 5 years long or Pitney bowes 66 month lease. It was our office manager who signed these contracts and as she said 'it never occured to me that the contracts were for more than a year'. Well 2 settlements later 'SIGNERS BE WARE'!!!!! Do you really know how long your contract is for. I would be intrested in finding out how many more us were burned by these world wide companies taking advantage of the us smaller ones who are just trying to make an honest living.
