We were told we could return our mattress and springs in the first 60 days for a full refund. We were given no information at the time we ordered the units as to the return policy. There is nothing posted in the store about their return policy. We had the mattress one day and hated it. We called Slumberland to arrange returning the mattress and springs and were told we can only recieve replacement units and in-store credit. This return policy is not available to consumer. It's a secret you only find out about after you try and return something.
