Slum Landlord

My Husband and I rent a duplex from this slum when we moved in he was suppose to get to get us a new dishwasher stove and fix the plumbing. Well we have lived here for two years and nothing has been doneinfact every week our toilets back up because we need a new system and it backs up in our bath tub all over our floor and our backyard well this month we gave him part of the rent because we have sent him so many letters begging him to repair the list of items but most of all the septic system because our backyard is getting holes so far we have five holes that sewage water comes out of in our backyard and our children can't play outside. Well today he came over demanding thay we pay him I told him that my husband was not home and that he (my husband )indeed had the rent money and wants to pay the rent but we need everything to get fixed first and he called me a stupid bitch told me to shut my mouth and left. He came back about an hour later and gave me a letter to get out by the 30th of this month I asked him if he was going to the court and he said no that he did not have to and told me to shut my dumb ass mouth and walked away.
