sleep comfort anything but

two years ago I spent over 2 thousand dollars on a select comfort sleep number bed.....it had a 20 year warrenty. I heard they were great for back problems and initially it was and then recently I noticed a large 'crater' in the area I laid.....I contacted their customer service and they were very nice and said it probably was a defective air bag and prorated the cost so I had to purchase another one for nearly 50 dollars......to take down the bed to put the new air bag in is no easy task especially if you are disabled. ok so it turend out NOT to be the airbag but the foundation on which the air bag lays, called back to customer sevice who again were very nice and sent me a new foundation free......the foundation piece I was told should not have warped and was made to hold the weight of an automobile.....now I am not a thin person but I am far from weighing anything close to an automobile and the section was indeed warped.....I asked for them to send out someone to replace the piece and was told that they didnt have anyone, I explained I was disabled and could not do this myself....they told me that I would have to pay to have someone set it up!!!!! I found this unaceptable......when you pay that much for something that is guarenteed the quality should be great.....and it is not, had I known that this was a possibilty prior to buying this, I never would have spent that kind of money.....i have had very cheap beds that have lasted many years without coming apart.......this is awful
