sky tv does n't care

after spending over 5 hours on hold to sky tv over the past 3 weeks ,again today we have had another dodgy second hand sky plus box fitted. This one lasted just 3 hours before starting to switch it self on and off before starting to make loud grinding noises and over heat. Apparently new boxes are only given to brand new customers regardless of however much your monthly payment is and even if you pay for the extended warranty. Yes sky will send a 'man ' out to 'fix' it ,but if I don't want to use a days leave up from work i'll have to wait 6 days with no sky! TOMORROW MORNING AT 9AM I WILL GO INTO WOOLIES AND BUY A NICE FREEVIEW BOX AND FINALLY BE RID OF SKY FOREVER
