Sky Tv are rubbish! they promised to send round a engineer to set Sky up - he never even turned up! when we called Sky to complain they wasn't even bothered. They rearranged another time - and then again the engineer never appeared. On their third time they decided to appear - NOT GOOD ENOUGH
