Sky is definintely the limit

VERY shortened version here....I have been a Sky customer for 2 years. Last week I try to upgrade to Sky+. They tell me an offer thats on, I agree to it and the it all goes wrong. The enginneer put in multiroom when we didnt want it, they quoted us the offier price for 12 months when in fact its only 6 and now no-one will get in touch to allow us to cancel it!! Twice we have been told we can have it, twice we have been told no we cant, and they just cant make their minds up. Noone will help, noone has apologised, and I am still waiting for someone to give me my money back. They are all a bynch of liars and idiots who have no idea what they are doing. i think there are monkeys in that call centre.
