I am waiting to speak to sky to cancel the movie package. have been waiting 14 minutes at present and was told it would be 12. Crap service. Phoned the other day and got through to discuss my account as there had been a small increase and got through right away only to be told the computer system was down. now waited 16 mins so much for their service. The only reason I have sky is for the football and that is costing me £40.50 per month. now been waiting 17 minutes feel very annoyed and know if I phone to ask for a new package i will be answered right away. Now answered after 18 minutes at 4 p per minute.
