Ive tried cancelling Sky Broadband 'Maxi'uselessly via their Customer Sevices orally (after long waits/transfers etc )They promise action which never takes place and refuse to confirm their intentions in writing. They've been E-mailed with exacly the same response -we are looking at it. Meanwhile money is being taken from my Direct Debit (Supposed to be for the Digital TV only) for a service never received. Look elsewhere on the Net at many similar gripes and learn by our experience.
