We purchased Sirous radio last year and paid up front for a full year of service. In October they charged our account for another full year of service. They admitted their mistake after talking to about 4 or five people. Then it took them 2 weeks to put the money back into our account and a few more phone calls. Then exactly a month from the day the first error charge they charged us again for another full year. NO one was in a hurry to help us and we had to fight to get the money refunded again. I told them I wanted an apology and I never got one. We emailed all of the Ceo's with no response. When my subscription ended I did not sign on again and they have not even tried to get us back. I loved the music and I miss it- but I hate them.
