Sick of playing nice

I am so sick of being nice to people and getting screwed over. My so-called best freind slept with my boyfreind and she's trying to blame me! I've done nothing but be nice to people I've tried helping people out giving them money etc and I dont expect much back , a 'thank you'maybe Well I'm done getting used, walked-on and screwed over. I'm going back to how I was before and thats being a cold-hearted bitch. at least that way I wont get hurt again
