shrunken dry cleaning

Have you ever taken a garment to a so called reputable dry cleaner only to have it returned damaged or shrunken? This has happened to me twice in the last six months at two different cleaners, one a local outfit in Roy,Ut and the other the Red Hanger on north main in Layton, Ut. Both times I was told that 'it couldn't possibly be their fault as it's impossible for the dry cleaning process to cause shrinking.' BULLSHIT!!!!!! Both of these incidents happened to trousers which had successfully been cleaned before with no problems. The second time it happened to one pair but not the other of a two pant suit. Same fabric, same manufacturer, same age, same amount of wear and tear. Do these IDIOTS really expect me to believe there is no room for human error? There is, there was, and it pisses me off. I can't afford to buy a new suit every time the simpletons they call 'technicians' loose track of what they are doing and screw up my perfectly good clothing. THIS SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!
