Short changed!

I went into Krunchys Sandwich Shop on Rougier Street in York, and the girl behind the counter DELIBERATLY short chaged me. I bought a bottle of Coke Paid with £10, watched her with her back to me counting the money, she gave me a folded £5 note, then with her hand colsed placed some pound coins on top so all I could do was close my fist, she didn't give me a reciet (which is illeagle). I asumed as she'd conuted the change so thougherly I didn't nead to check, but something about the way she looked at me gave me second thoughts, but by then I was already on my train. I know she short changed me because I only had a £10 note on me, it's really frustrating that she's probably doing that to every customer who goes in there, I'm going to write to them, but as the shop's privatly owned there's not much I can do, especially as the prices arn't displayed and it's my word against hers.
