The shopping channel Yes price crash sent me an item I did not orderand charged me for it I complained about it and returned it, they refunded me the price of the item but they won't refund the p&p which they should do as I did not order it. so anyone else out there beware of letting this shopping channel have your card details in fact never get anything from them.
