Marley is a well known company been around for years so why can they not answer emails that ask for help after using their very expensive products that are poor quality and not fit for service. I have been emailing them for about four months and have received no answers whatever. They seem to want to take our money, deliver shoddy goods then ignore us. Apart from the roof tiles themselves (expect 5% broken) their dry ridge system components break easily. All I neeeded was about 50P's worth of replacement parts but they are too ignorant to answer. To those out there roofing buy a similar product from screwfix for half the price and customer service.
