Shoebuy.com's not fair

I tried to return tennis shoes to SHOEBUY.COM and they sent them back to me stating that they would not accept them, because they had been worn. That was a total lie because I never wore the shoes, they had a few dirty maarks when I received them, but of course they didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. So the moral of the story is....DON'T ORDER SHOES FROM SHOEBUY.COM.
