Found a builder on the internet went to the office several times for meetings and thought he knew how to build a house and stand behind it. It happened in Milton Delaware the name of the builder is Chapel Home Builders and the owner and swindler is Donald Mattia and son Michael Mattia. It took them 6 months to break ground and three months to steal our money and not finish our house. He went into bankrupcy and them came out of bankrupcy. He closed the business and then reopened now it's closed again. He started a new business to swindle people it's called RC Services (Residential Construction Services). Just another way to steal from people. There are 30 victims I am not the only one. So if you live in Sussex County Delaware, BEWARE!!!!
