I'm 68 years old, but I was in good shape, so I decided to take up Kung Fu at a local academy here in Vancouver, WA. I signed the contract, and 4 days later, without ever taking a lesson, I fell and broke my hip. Doc says my karate playing days are over. ASF International says they're sympathetic, but pay up. A provision in their contract specifies that permanent injury nullifies the contract.
