I'm getting back together with my ex... she broke my hart and almost broke me. later she realized she made a mistake and asked for me to come back. I would normally not even consider it. but we have a son together and I see it is really hurting him. to the point he isn't him anymore. Along with a mass of pitfalls that he has had to endure. Also not seeing him every day take a massive toll on me. Only a parent can understand loving someone so much it scares the hell out of you. So if the choice is making him happy and going back to someone I will in my hart of harts never love. or being with a girl i met who is wonderful and makes me happy. I chose his happiness, alot of people are going to be mad i will be breaking someones hart and will also loose some close friends. but its a sacrifice that must be made my only regret is that i will break this girls hart and she is wonderful... she shines

Breaking hearts can kill someone emotionally to the point that they lose themselves. But you should forgive her but u don't have to fucking GET BACK TOGETHER WITH HER!

Piss poor excuse & using your son makes it legit. You will find out later on that kids don't always bring you happiness & whatever you're doing for him won't be sustainable when your ass is completely unfulfilled in life.
