My wife and I always enjoyed a loving sexual relationship but since her hysterectomy two years ago she doesn't enjoy making love. She cannot become aroused and even if we use a lubricant she says she can't feel anything. Nobody told us this might happen. She tried hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which didn't wuit her. She now avoids physical closeness and say's thinks like 'go and find a real woman to satisfy you.' I would never be unfaithful. How can I help her?
