sewage backup

I have moved into this complex [combridge commons apts.] it looks so good on the out side. now that im a lease hold i have all kind of problems with these people. 1. I had no heat 2.no hot water 3.all kind of bugs from the outside, spiders,grasshoppers,krickets, thousand leggers,ants and the list goes on. to top it off my apartment flooded from a sewage backup and my insurance denied my cliam. and the acts as if its my fault. can someone please help me.
