set up by manager

I was an employee at a company (rather not say the name of the company)but anyway i was set up by the store manager.I was an asst. manager and i did my job well.The store manager did alot of things concrening money issues and nomatter how many times i told the District Manager and the General Manager i didn't do it ,My word meant nothing.They didn't do anything to investagate the problem. They just took her word for it.Other employees have lost their job at the same place,same store and same store manager and still the company did nothing to investagate the issue. What should i do to handle this matter.
