Purchased an LG microwave that also makes coffee. Cost $179.00. ^ months old. Coffee pot cracked (defective). LG refused to cover under warranty. (Cost of new carafe=$55.00) plus S&H. Absurd cost! Bounced back and forth from Parts Dept. and Customer service four times and disconnected twice. Whe re-called and stated I wanted to file a complaint, was put on long hold and disconnected again. LG's Customer service sucks. Will not buy another LG product!
