I'm complaining about poor to non-existent service. I have a small business and have been unable to get my EXPENSIVE HP color laser printer serviced; STILL under warranty. First sent e-mail per HP instructions, after 36 hours, received response; but of course it was Friday night so I didn't receive it till Monday A.M. Reponded to e-mail; 24 hours later received another e-mail asking for details of failure. I HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED, IN DETAIL, WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS!! Replied to e-mail, included copy of firsr e-mail. Now Wednesday, and still no hope of service, because the original tech who first questioned my problem is not there, so 'Could I please, state details of problem'. HELP!!!! I'll never buy another HP product as for as long as I live. After 7 WORKING days, I finally got a tech SCHEDULED for a service call. Needless to say, He never showed up, no phone call, next day received an e-mail that tech couldn't make call, so would be re-scheduled for later?? I have puchased another printer, different brand because after 3 days, HP still hasn't schuled my service. I'm getting this piece3 of crap fixed eventually and immediately sell it.
