Select Comfort Bed

Has anyone purchased a split King Select Comfort Bed with adjustable frame? If you're thinking about it........think again. We have had an ongoing problem with the design of the bed. The way the top mattress is attached to the adjustable frame is not very well thought out. A bolt goes throught the bottom of the flimsy pillowtop (mattress cover) and is screwed into the frame. In order to attach the pillowtop you just simply cut a hole in the backing material, which is very thin. Unfortunately, we have had to replace the pillowtop FOUR times already, because the area around the bolt keeps tearing and the bed does not stay square. The side bows out and it's awful! The company will not take the bed back, even though we are still under warranty. They keep sending us a new pillowtop, but I'm sick of having to replace it every few months. Anybody else out there with the same problem? I'd love to have a class action law suite against their inadequate design and get the bed out of here. Please email me with how to put pressure on them to take the bed back!!!!!
