Security check-in

I am extremely unhappy with the way in which I was treated recently at Heathrow airport when travelling with my baby son. There was no assistance of such and we had to queue with everyone else for over forty minutes after queuing in the check in as well. People just walked into the security queue wherever they wished and noone was actively stopping this other than passengers.
