My "best friend", his wife, my husband and myself hang out together all the time. However my best friend and I have a different relationship when our spouses are not around. I dont want to be "the other woman" but when my friend and I are together I feel things i have never felt with anyone else.

Don't do it. If need be, fantasize about the things that turn u on while ur doing it with ur husband. But don't have an affair (although this is technically a mental affair). But u took vows and if your lust is greater than ur love, please just divorce. Unless of course hes cheating. But then u still need to consider the other dudes wife...
