Sears store now refuses to pick up the previous television they sold you, when you purchase a new one. They say they are having a hard time trying to recycle their own old products. Their suggestion: customer should buy the new TV from sears and hire a moving company to pick up the old one and dump in landfill. I had the clerk cancel my order (large lcd tv) and told him, in my opinion the manufactures should be required to accept the return of their products or face a heavy fine when items found in landfills-similar to the laws on batteries and tires. Thanks for listening
