Bought a lawnmower from Sears. Got it home, put in the oil and gas and then found that one wheel was not functioning. After many calls and a return trip to the chain store, I was told that I'd have to drain the mower of the oil and gas and return the mower. No replacement wheel available. After I suggested that we take a wheel off a demo, I was told 'Hey, it doesn't work like that', rudely! I called the headquarters and after much explaining and complaining, I was told a replacement wheel would be sent out. I received three wheels. Go figure!
