
Sear Customer Assistance

Sear sold me an oven and after replacing 5 igniters to the tone of $100.00 each I am left without a warranty and no assistance. I have called and they recorded my calls and complaints. Everyone acted like they would help but no one did. The service representative took my money and didn't report the service. Therefore, they claim the part is no longer under warranty. The rep was fired though. The real problem is the oven is a lemon and they won't take care of it. SEARS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! ALEX with the lemon department has had me on hold 4 times today and finally he just transferred me to another person to fix my oven. Would you want that oven fixed? It is of course at my expense. I have paid for the oven twice and it is still brand new. SEARS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS--JUST MONEY!!!!! P
