Seagate Hard Disk

i bought a brand new seagate hard disk which broke after 1 month. Thats bad enough, but I returned it to the company for a replacement and over 2 months and many complaints later, they still haven't replaced it. Apparently its 'out of stock'. Considering they make disk drives and still sell this particular model I find that a bit hard to beleive.
