Sea Doo Jetboats

A couple of years ago I purchased a Sea-Doo Challenger Jet-boat from North Shore Cycle in Commack,Ny. I paid 25k for the boat, warranty and other items. I have a simple problem with the boat stalling on me. I had gone back to where I purchased it after making an appointment only to have the Service Manager tell me that 'Oh, we don't work on Mercury engines anymore'. No mention of sorry you've taken a day off and driven 30minutes from your home and nothing remotely close to an apology. Nothing remotely helping me like 'There is a place near here that you can go... I mean after all you spent 25k a couple of years ago here'. I also checked the web for a service manual so that maybe I can resolve the problem on my own.... Nothing! My advice... Never Ever buy a sea-doo jetboat... They will sell you the boat and you will never be able to fix it. Every year I have had several problems with that boat and it't fun when it works... but it is very rare.
