Screwed over by Shop NBC

I purchased two 10kt diamond cut yellow & white gold bracelets in the amount of $216. I liked the bracelets when I got them, so I just put them away for a special ocassion. I went to wear the bracelets yesterday and discovered that the bracelets had changed colors. The bracelets do not look real, they look like they are copper. I called Shop NBC and told them about the bracelets only to be told 'sorry, it's over 30 days.' If I had known that the bracelets were not real I would not have purchased them. Shop NBC didn't have anything on the site that said the bracelets would change colors. I asked if I can return them because they can't be real. The woman told me they were indeed real, and if they changed colors then it isn't her problem. I was shocked. I can't believe that this company would not stand behind it's merchandise. I want to let the world know not to purchase jewelry from Shop NBC because they do not stand behind their product, and after they have your money, they treat the customer like crap.
