Scottish power sent me a letter on Friday saying my account was 500 in credit amd one on Monday saying that I owed 1770 pounds. They havenever billed me for 3 years - despite being asked and take 36.00 out of my account as a direct debit every month and havedone since I moved into the property. Apparantly this has been paying someone elses bill!
