school bus drivers

My son was threatened by his bus driver.He was scheduled at a certain bus stop and she refused to drop him off. I followed the bus trying to catch up-he called me on his cell-My son is 11 years old and the transportation department and the school are backing this driver up.This is a big liability for them so they want it covered up. I need response from parents. Thanks
