school bus

My daughter is in kindergarten and the school she goes to sucks. She missed the bus comming home yet they say people are there to help her on the bus to come home. I can't tell I have complained several times to the principle now today she missed the stop getting off I call the bus company and the man on the phone Mike tells me it is not kicket bus drivers responsibility to call the stop. She is only 5 what the .... How is she to know if that is her stop or not and then the guy has the nerve to tell me next time I should be at the stop on time to get her off what an ''' If they would get drivers that are qualified maybe this wouldn't be a problem. They never come at the same time and even have stoped at the wrong part of the street. Shouldn't there be some kind of rules about this stuff. I am feed up with this something needs to be done am I the only one with a problem like this of what?
