school boards bite

Y is it school boards will go as far as they think they can,if we complain we are made to look stuped.I think there is so many things they do that are not cool (eligal against policy & so forth)I have had my back up against the wall going on 3 yrs.the other day I came across PENAL CODE.section 11165.7 (I was dancing) SCHOOL DIST THAT DO NOT TRAIN THERE EMPLOYEES SPECIFIED IN SUB DIVISION (a)IN THE DUTIES OF MANDATED REPORTERS UNDER THE CHILD ABUSE REPORTING LAWS SHALL REPORT TO THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION. WITH REASONS WHY THIS TRAINING IS NOT PROVIDED.13 years of no training! OOPS!! (DID YOU DO THAT) Do you think you are in the right,dont back down DIG IN.
