    Talk to your doctor. Or a teacher that you like. You need to talk to someone that can help you work through this. I'm guessing you aren't eating properly and may harm yourself. You can't just pick a number of calories to live by. There are a number of factors that go into a proper diet. Exercise, body type, age, height, etc. you aren't a professional, so find a real one to help you. A doctor is a good place to start.

    I'm anorexic and I starve myself for weeks. I just want my thighs and calves to get smaller. I don't want them to touch in any way. when the hunger pains kick in I drink a lot of water and only a little food. just eat a little more,excercise and drink a lot of water haha I hope you feel better
