scamed for my last few bucks

I have a certain issue with my self and i found a webstore that could help my problem, I sent in the money in cash , Didn't have time for a money order and they have been e-mailing me saying the same shit over and over again they stole my money and i have no proof. there website is www.vitaglo.com I would just like a letter sent to them from somebody big that would put a scare in to them. You cant play with peoples money.
