STAY AWAY FROM AMERASSIST. They are a scam business, they prey on unsuspecting businesses that need help restructuring their debt. They take your money, they do very little on your behalf and then when you want to leave they refuse to refund monies they are holding on your behalf. There are many good debt counseling services in this country, they are NOT one of them. Stay far away.....
