
SAUNA DOES NOT WORK RIGHT AFTER 1 WEEK

On 9/23/06 after doing much research my husband and I purchased a Portable Ozone Far-Infrared Sauna. This purchase was made after much research was done on several different types of saunas and manufacturers . We felt we had purchased a quality product that offered us what we we were looking within our price range. However, we have already experienced what I consider 2 major problems within the first week. From the first usage on 9/23/06 the timer for the ozone generator would not shut off and as of 9/30/06 the left panel stopped heating so there is no heat source coming from the left side, which unfortunately defeats the the purpose for which the sauna is intended, seeing that I am unable to even break a sweat without this source heat. On another note, I found that the number listed the web-site and which is also listed on their brochure(866-377-8936) is not operating correctly so it disconnects and the other number (770) 676-6007 is not accepting messages at this time. Also, the web-site for Detox America is not operating correctly, making impossible for me to register the product or contact customer support. I must admit that this has to be the worst customer service and quality of any one product that I have ever purchased in my lifetime. I hope that they can prove me wrong.
