He says he will help you for 49 bucks a year to be a member of his so called Appliantology group. Yet you never can access his online content. If he doesn't want you to be on his site he mearly doesn't let you log in. If he wants to give you a refund he mearly sends you an E MAil at his own disgression saying he no longer wants you to ask him anything, and gives a refund without notice. So I rate this guys web site at 0 on the user friendly scale, and he obviously needs to go to school and learn the meaning of 'The customer is always right' and how to respect others. My advice, don't use his web site.
