i purchased a cell phone from samsungx495, the phone was defective, i sent it in to texas to get repaired around christmas 2005. now its going into august 2006 the cell phone was shipped to the wrong address via ups, another person now has it. and im still waiting for them to replace it. mad in philadelphia. pa
