My Home Builder, Ryland Homes, did not want to fix the water intrustion problem in my home. (this has caused MOLD to grow)The water intrusion was from the lack of Flashing around my windows. The builder, Ryaland Homes (IL), told me that 'flashing' was an option I should have chosen it in the building process of my home. I asked them to please put that in writing- I can't wait to have that published! So be very detailed in picking options, next I will hear screws, insulation, and pipes will have all been options!!!!
