Ryanair excess baggage

Flew Ryanair from Spain, got charged a lot to come home with same case i flew out with??!!Treated appallingly no offer to transfer goods to a different bag- bullied and mistreated. Followed complaints procedures but received no acknowledgement 5 weeks after. I only want to be reimbused and a response from a member of their staff. Cannot contact their headquarters by phone???
