Ryanair and their disgusting handling of our lost
Posted Mar 2, 2011 by anonymous | 99 views | 0 comments
On the way back from the Turin Winter Olympics this February, they managed to lose one of our bags! After numerous letters, photographs and list of items (total of lose £556.76) we received a cheque for €116.63 which is approx £80.24, 14% of our claim. This is disgusting and they are refusing to budge on the amount I want to tell the world how disgustingly cheap Ryanair are!!!! They give you these no frills, cheap flights but fail to tell you that this is how their customer service works as well, cheap pathetic and desperate to claw themselves out of paying in consideration to their annual turn over a tiny amount! I will never be using them again and will be taking my matter further. My concern is we are holding the Olympic Games in 2012, if this is the service they provided on an Olympic route this year, how will they be treating people coming to our fine country? Could this treatment leave a sour taste in the mouths of people visiting our country for the 2012 Olympic Games?!?!?!?!
