Ive been a sky tv customer now for a few years, And i resently had a problem with the bank, I was paying it through the wifes account, So i emailed sky 4 times and wrote to them, Telling them, That i was in between opening a new bank account and was awaiting my account details, And it could take up to 10 days to process, I sent all this info prior to my payment being due, And all sky did was cut off my card and send my details to a debt agency, I asked them why i owe them money, As they were trying to charge me, For period after they cut me off, They said i would have to pay it, And then argue for a refund, Well its goodbye to sky, Never again
