In the fall of 2005 I sent after Russ Dalbey's guide to buy property and make money that had a 30 day money back quarentee with it. Well after I looked at it, and my husband told me some stuff about how our court systemsfile stuff and the fact that people are not required to put their address and locations of property when the file notes at the courthouse in the state where we live I change my mind and sent my stuff back 2 weeks after I got it, and asked for a refund (I believe in Oct 2005) as of July 16 2006 I HAVE NEVER HAD MY CREDIT CARD CREDITED OR MY MONEY REIMBERESED!
