Rude Saleperson

I was in the process of buying an SUV from Crown Pontiac-GMC in Greensboro, NC. I called the Greensboro office and spoke with the general manager, James, to clarify a few questions I had about the transaction. I must have asked too many questions because he rudely told me to bring the SUV back to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, I addressed the manager's tone that he took with me on the phone. He told me to give him the keys to his @#%@ truck and get out of his office. He yelled at me at the top of his lungs as if I wasn't a customer. He cursed at me and called me stupid. He even called the cops on me and acted as if he didn't do anything wrong. This is no way a manager of any company should act and everyone who is thinking about buying a vehicle from this company should think twice.
