Rude realtor

I enrolled with an online real estate finder called LAHomeSearch as I was interested in researching properties in a particular area of Los Angeles. I plan to buy in the New Year. I was emailed several pages of properties in my price-range very promptly. I emailed back my thanks - and as there was no 'unsubscribe' option, I requested them not to send me any more information until further notice i.e. in the New Year. I received a response as follows: 'I just set up your account. YOU ARE A TIME WASTER!' He then went on to tell me I should have followed the directions to disable my account - but of course there were none! I replied that there were no directions to disable/unsubscibe - pointing out that this correspondence was wasting my time, 'who's the time-waster now?'! The response from this supposed mature professional? 'Me. Now you know what it feels like'. I tried to complain to the L.A. Realtors Association, but got fed up with being shunted round the automated answer system and never getting to speak to a human being. Also, I think that this guy isn't registered anyway. So... If you have a spare minute, please contact... Greg.Ingerson@LAHomeSearch.com ...and deluge him with time-wasting enquiries etc. Spam the rude bastard to a pulp!! Thanks.
